You Gots To Chill

A tropical beer cocktail that highlights the flavors of a mango lassi ðŸ¥
The mango and cardamom notes from the mango lassi sour beer are complemented by the tropical fruit and vanilla notes in the blend of rums and the deep sweetness of the coconut liqueur and honey mix while the lime helps brighten and balance the drink
1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Jamaican Rum (Appleton Signature is a great option that brings loads of tropical fruit flavors and aromas)
.5 oz Blended Aged Rum (Vanilla-forward Solera aged styles of rum like Ron Zacapa or Santa Teresa 1796 work great here)
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz Coconut Liqueur (Kalani)
.25 oz Honey Syrup (2 parts honey:1 part warm water)
.25 oz Orgeat (almond syrup; Small Hand Foods makes my favorite)
2 dashes Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Top with 2 oz mango kettle sour beer (can probably use .5 oz Mango Brandy and 1.5 oz hazy IPA as well). Garnish with a swizzle stick
