Wipeout

A revved up Tiki cocktail that Bridges tropical flavors with coffee and molasses from NYC’s Tyson Buhler
The heavily molasses based Blackstrap rum pairs nicely with the coffee, rich simple syrup, and grated nutmeg to bring a rich, bittersweet flavor reminiscent of a nice breakfast while the pineapple juice works with the funky Jamaican rum and the Overproof rum blend to add tropical aromas and flavor while also lightening the drink
1 oz Overproof Dark Rum (Plantation OFTD, Golden Devil Overproof, etc)
.5 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum (Smith & Cross, Rum Fire, etc)
.5 oz Blackstrap Rum (Cruzan)
1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Coldbrew Coffee
.5 oz Rich Simple Syrup (1:1)
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins or Footed Pilsner glass with plenty of ice. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a pineapple leaf (or swizzle stick)
