Werewolf Bar Mitzvah

A spooky/scary tropical beer cocktail/daiquiri riff that brings a bit of funk The earthy, funky red/stone fruit notes in the kosher plum brandy (Slivovitz) and Maraschino liqueur work very nicely with the botanical notes in the gin and the tropical passionfruit/orange/guava notes in the sour beer. The splashes of pineapple and vanilla liqueur add notes that complement the other flavors in the drink 1.5 oz Gin (more citrus friendly bottle like Four Pillars is nice) .5 oz Plum Brandy/Slivovitz (Kosher Eau de vie/brandy popular in Eastern Europe with nice/funky, yet dry stone fruit notes) .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice .25 oz Maraschino Liqueur (Luxardo or Leopold Brothers) .25 oz Vanilla Syrup or Liqueur (Licor 43 or Giffard if the latter) .25 oz Pineapple Liqueur (Giffard) Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Top with 2 oz Tropical Sour Beer (Haole Punch, Modern Times Fruitlands, Barebottle Tiki Tart, etc). Garnish with a swizzle stick
