A tropical, spiced low-ABV Tiki daiquiri riff from Jeff Beachbum Berry’s excellent NOLA Tiki Bar, Latitude 29 The tropical sweetness and acidity of the pineapple juice are complemented by the relatively dry, nutty Amontillado sherry while the Sweet Vermouth, Allspice Liqueur, and Angostura bring island spice flavors 1.5 oz Amontillado Sherry .75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice .75 oz Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino has nice balance of spice and dried fruit) .5 oz Allspice Liqueur (St Elizabeth, Hamilton’s Pimento Dram) 1 dash Angostura Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Can garnish with a pineapple wedge if handy
