Apple, pear, and baking spice complemented nicely by the warm, yet bitter flavor of the Gran Classico
1.5 oz Apple Brandy (generally want the oomph from a bonded version like Laird's or Copper & Kings)
1 oz Gran Classico Bitter
.75 oz Pear Liqueur (St George Spiced Pear is best)
Stir with ice, strain into double rocks glass with large ice cube. No garnish
