A spicy, refreshing daiquiri variation with watermelon 🍉
The tropical, slightly funky notes of the rum or complemented by the cooling watermelon and lime tartness while the agave syrup and Ancho chile liqueur add a spiced, honey-like sweetness in the background and the Old Bay Bitters add a hint of savory spice
1.5 oz Lightly Aged Column Still Rum (Cana Brava, Plantation 3 Star, etc)
.25 oz Unaged Overproof Jamaican Rum (Rum Fire, Wray & Nephew)
.25 oz Dark Overproof Rum (Plantation OFTD, Golden Devil Overproof, etc)
.75 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Agave Syrup
.25 oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
2 dashes Bitter End Chesapeake Bay Bitters
Shake with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a small slice of watermelon
