Bourbon and coffee laced Tiki drink (don't worry, still plenty of rum too) from the venerable Smuggler's Cove While this drink packs a punch (3.25 oz booze), it is softened by a trio of syrups (cinnamon, honey, vanilla) and citrus and lengthened with soda water 2 oz black blended Rum (Coruba, Goslings, etc) 1 oz Bourbon 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup .5 oz Honey Syrup .25 oz Coffee Liqueur (St George NOLA is a favorite) .25 oz Vanilla Syrup Shake with ice and strain into tulip glass (or badass Tiki mug if you have one) with crushed ice. Top with 2 oz Soda Water or seltzer #weekendtiki
