Continuing the theme of sharing summer favorites, here is a riff on a Pimm's Cup from Wm Mulherin's Sons in Philadelphia (incredible pizza/pasta here too!) Passion fruit and tart gose bring some intriguing flavors to the party to pair with tasty Japanese whisky and the spice/botanical notes in the Pimm's. Very refreshing 1.5 oz Japanese Whisky (Suntory Toki probably best for mixing) .5 oz Pimm's No 1 .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice .5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup (what up, Small Hand Foods?) Shake with ice, strain into glass with a few ice cubes. Top with 1-1.5 oz of Gose of choice (Modern Times Fruitlands is an excellent West Coast option, but I'm sure lots would work) #FridayFavs
