Swan Dive

A bright, floral Tiki punch/daiquiri riff from Death & Co NYC 🌺🥥 The floral notes in the Bolivian brandy work beautifully with the soft fruit notes of the lychee and the subtle sweetness of the coconut. The aged agricole Rhum brings notes of caramelized sugar and vanilla while the lime juice lightens and brightens the drink and the bitters bring some cinnamon and ginger notes. Delicious!
1.5 oz Aged Agricole Rhum (Clement VSOP, La Favorite Ambre, etc)
.5 oz Bolivian brandy (Singani 63; a nice bottle of pisco can probably sub)
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.25 oz Lychee Liqueur (Giffard)
.25 oz Coconut Liqueur (Kalani)
.25 oz Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts unrefined sugar of choice to 1 part warm water; stir until dissolved)
2 dashes Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks or Mai Tai glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a lime shell and swizzle stick
