A more layered take on a margarita from the incredible team at Benjamin Cooper in SF Nice accents from jalapeño, coconut, and grapefruit in this very refreshing drink 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila .5 oz Jalapeño-Infused Blanco Tequila* .5 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth .5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .25 oz Maraschino Liqueur .25 oz Coconut Liqueur (Kalani or bust) Shake with ice, strain into double rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a grapefruit twist *Add the ribs and seeds of 4 jalapeños and chopped flesh from 1/2 a jalapeño to a 750 mL bottle of blanco tequila. Allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes, tasting a bit every 5 minutes to check heat level. Strain out jalapeño. Can store at RT indefinitely #Fridayfavs
