Something with Lychee for Evelyn

A flavorful, slightly floral Daiquiri riff that highlights the intriguing fruit flavor of the lychee (created as a thought experiment to give a friend ideas for how to use their Giffard Lychi-Li in some drinks)
The nuanced apple/pear/floral and more flavor of the lychee is highlighted by undergirding with some complementary flavors of almond and a splash of coconut. The blend of rums provides a solid base with some undertones of grassy sugarcane and slight tropical fruit and the lemon brightens and lightens the drink
1.5 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum (Probitas is a great combination of column still rum and a bit of funkier, pot-still Jamaican rum; Closest sub would probably be 1 oz of other blended lightly aged rum like Plantation 3 Star with .5 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum like Wray & Nephew)
.5 oz Unaged Rhum Agricole (Rhum JM, La Favorite, etc)
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Fat .25 oz Lychee Liqueur (Giffard)
.25 oz Orgeat (Small Hands Foods or other comparable bottle)
Tsp Coconut Liqueur(Kalani)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish
