A fall-friendly Tiki Grog variation inspired by the Smuggler’s Cove Finkelgrog The rums provide a sturdy, molasses accented base for the vanilla and cinnamon/clove/cardamom notes of the Licor 43 and Glögg while the lime and grapefruit provide refreshing citrus notes and the bit of club soda lightens the drink a bit. Would make a great punch for a Halloween party 1 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum (Appleton Signature is a nice choice) 1 oz Blended Dark Rum (Coruba, Gosling, Myers, etc) .5 oz Geijer Glögg Liqueur (spiced liqueur based on Swedish mulled wine) .5 oz Licor 43 (Spanish Liqueur with spices and a pronounced vanilla note) .25 oz Orgeat .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice Shake with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks glass with a few ice cubes.
