A Daiquiri variation that brings some smoke and spice from the winter 2017 menu at Death & Co The mezcal pairs really well with both the spicy Ancho Reyes and grapefruit/cinnamon while the honey and Creme de Cacao add depth to the flavor 1.5 oz Mezcal .75 oz Don’s Mix (2 parts fresh grapefruit juice:1 part Cinnamon Syrup) .5 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Honey Syrup (2 parts honey:1 part warm water) 1/2 tsp Creme de Cacao (Tempus Fugit makes my favorite version) Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish
