She’s Got the Radio Active

A sparkling Negroni riff (White Negroni sub-family) with subtle floral and fruit accents in addition to bittersweet flavors 🌺 The chamomile and herbal notes in the gin are supplemented by the grassy cane notes of the aguardiente and complemented by the grapefruit + pith notes of the Bitter Blanco and white wine-based aperitif. The floral aroma is boosted by the bit of lychee liqueur and muddling of a few slices of pluot to infuse into the Cocchi Americano. The addition of Club Soda (not pictured) adds effervescence 1 oz Chamomile-infused Gin (can sub Inverroche Verdant; infuse gin for 90-180 minutes with dried chamomile buds before straining; hit me up for more details) .5 oz Aguardiente (Paranubes; a good sub might actually be Singani 63, but unaged agricole rhum could also work) .75 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco (or other clear bitter) .5 oz Pluot (or Plum) infused white wine-based aperitif (Cocchi Americano, Lillet Blanc, etc; Muddle 3 slices of plum/pluot and incubate at least an hour before straining) .25 oz Lychee Liqueur (Giffard) 1 dash Miracle Mile Ume Bitters 1 dash Bitter End Moroccan Bitters Stir with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Top with 1.5 oz Club Soda. Garnish with a lemon twist
