A funky, slightly spicy riff on a Margarita that brings citrus notes from many different sources The funky, grassy agricole melds well with the vegetal notes in the jalapeño-infused Blanco tequila. Together, these serve as a nice foil for the citrus flavors brought by the bergamot-forward Italicus, grapefruit, lime, and satsuma mandarin 1.5 oz Agricole Rhum (unaged/blanc) .5 oz Jalapeño-Infused Blanco Tequila (take ribs and seeds from 4 jalapeños and chopped flesh from one jalapeño and add to 750 mL Tequila in container of choice; let steep 5 minutes and taste every minute thereafter until desired spice is reached (by 10 minutes will be hot, very hot by 15); strain and transfer to bottle) .5 oz Italicus Rosolio (liqueur with bergamot and citrus notes) .5 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .25 oz Fresh Satsuma Mandarin (or tangerine) Juice Barspoon Agave Syrup Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a grapefruit twist
