The licorice flavor is paired with some herbal notes (cucumber note in Chareau, Chartreuse, celery bitters, and a pop of fresh dill from the garnish) and cut with some citrus to yield a very refreshing drink .75 oz Turkish Raki (absinthe can certainly be used as a sub if Raki is hard to come by) .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice .75 oz Simple Syrup .5 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur .25 oz Green Chartreuse 2 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass. Top with 1 oz Club Soda. Garnish with sprig of fresh dill
