Rabiosa

A delightful, flavorful drink from Fanny Chu of Brooklyn’s Donna that sits at the intersection of a margarita, daiquiri, and cherry-lime rickey 🍒🥃 The caramelized sugar notes in the aged rum and smoke/citrus zest notes in the mezcal provide a firm foundation for the flavors of cherries (from the Eau de vie and liqueur), almond (Orgeat), citrus (lime juice), and a bit of baking spice (Tiki Bitters). A delicious and nuanced sip
