Pink Elephant

A Gin Sour variation with some interesting sweet/tart accents from Brian Miller (everyone’s favorite East Coast Tiki Pirate)
The funky cherry and blackberry liqueur give interesting depth and play nicely with the botanicals in the gin while also softening the citrus notes a bit
2 oz Gin
.75 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp Maraschino Liqueur (Luxardo, Leopold, etc)
1 tsp Blackberry Liqueur (Giffard, Massenez)
1 tsp Simple Syrup (1:1)
Shake with ice, strain into chilled coupe. No garnish
