An easy-drinking riff on a Fix/Rickey from Anna Moss of Portland’s La Moule The floral pisco is complemented by the aromatic, subtly fruity Kiwi-Green Cardamom syrup with added tartness from the lime and effervescence from the soda water 2 oz Pisco (Acholado varietal used here) 1 oz Kiwi-Cardamom Syrup (muddle 3 green cardamom pods and 1 peeled, sliced kiwi until a paste forms, add 1/4 cup each of granulated sugar and water; stir on medium heat until near boiling; cool; strain) .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice Shake with ice and strain into a double rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Top with 1 oz Club Soda. Garnish with a kiwi slice
