The lime juice adds brightness and acidity while the nutmeg garnish adds a hint of spice
2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum (I like a mix of Probitas and Plantation 3 Star, but your favorite lightly aged, flavorful rum will work)
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Banana Liqueur (Giffard or Tempus Fugit)
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
