Notorious

A bold fruit-forward beer cocktail that bridges the berry patch and a Caribbean vacation đŸ«đŸđŸč The blend of Jamaican lightly aged and dark rum along with a nice aged rum from St Lucia creates a base with flavors of molasses, brown sugar, and vanilla with some dark fruit aromas that serves as a beautiful complement to the fruit flavors in the tart ale. Splashes of some berry and vanilla liqueurs helps boost the guava and berry flavors in the beer while the zippy lime works nicely with the tart ale to balance the drink 1 oz Lightly Aged Jamaican Rum (Plantation Xaymaca, Appleton Signature, etc) .5 oz Aged St Lucian Rum (Chairman’s Reserve Master’s Selection; nice vanilla creme brĂ»lĂ©e flavors) .5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba, Hamilton Dark, etc) .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .25 oz Vanilla Liqueur or Syrup (Giffard or Licor 43 if liqueur) Tsp Raspberry Liqueur (St George or Giffard) Tsp Creme Yvette (has blueberry and floral notes) 1 dash Bittercube Jamaican #2 bitters (notes of hibiscus and grapefruit zest) Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Top with 2 oz fruited tart or sour beer (Great Notion’s RBG is the inspiration, but any sour with berries would be good) and add a swizzle stick #thenotoriousrbg
