Night Nurse

A tropical rum-based riff on a Julep perfect for Derby Day refreshment π₯ππππ»
The notes of ripe tropical fruit, caramelized sugar, and vanilla notes in the blend of aromatic rums and aged cachaca work in great harmony with the pineapple and banana liqueurs to create a funky and flavorful sipper. The lime bitters and freshly grated cinnamon add complementary aromas of lime zest and baking spice. Delightful!
1 oz Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum
.5 oz Aged Cachaca (Avua Amburana, Novo Fogo Gold)
.5 oz Lightly Aged Pot Still Jamaican Rum (Plantation Xaymaca, Appleton Signature, etc)
Tsp Pineapple Liqueur (Giffard; can also sub pineapple gomme syrup)
Tsp Banana Liqueur (Giffard or Tempus Fugit)
Barspoon (~1/4 tsp) Rich Simple Syrup (2 parts unrefined sugar of choice to 1 part water; stir until dissolved)
