A refreshing, cooling Margarita/Sour variation that highlights the bounty of the garden (while also bringing a hint of spiciness) The cooling vegetal notes in the cucumber are boosted by the herbal notes in the Chartreuse, the botanicals in the gin, and the spice/green notes in the jalapeño-infused blanco tequila while the lime brightens the drink with some acidity Muddle 3 cucumber slices in .25 oz Simple Syrup Add: 1 oz Gin .5 oz Jalapeño-Infused Blanco Tequila (Add seeds and ribs from 3 jalapeños and chopped flesh from 1 jalapeño to 1 bottle of blanco tequila; stir and allow to infuse 10-15 minutes before straining out jalapeños and bottling) .25 oz Green Chartreuse .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled double rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a cucumber wheel
