Lodge Negroni

A smoky, rich Negroni variation from Wilfred’s in Edmonton, CA with Scotch and coffee The peat from the scotch works nicely with the bittersweet, slight grapefruit notes in the Aperitivo while the coffee adds some intriguing roasted notes to the sweet vermouth 1 oz Blended Scotch (Great King St Glasgow, Monkey Shoulder) 1 oz Aperitivo of choice (Campari, St George Bruto, Leopold, etc) .5 oz Sweet Vermouth .5 oz Coffee Liqueur Stir with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with a flamed orange peel
