A(nother) tropical, yet refined low ABV Martini riff. What can I say, they’re delicious! 🏝🍸 The dry sherry has notes of green apple and a hint of nuttiness that works very well with the banana. Meanwhile, the mezcal, green chile vodka, and bitters add intriguing accents of smoke, green chile spic, Ginger/cinnamon, and a whisper of dark chocolate 1 oz Manzanilla Sherry (dry, white wine-like sherry with notes of the sea and green apple. Hidalgo, Bodegas Yueste, La Guita all good options) .5 oz Mezcal (espadin variety) .5 oz Green Chile Vodka (St George or infused) .5 oz Banana Liqueur (Giffard) .25 oz Blanc/Bianco Vermouth (Dolin or Carpano) 1 dash Chocolate Mole Bitters (Bittermens, Scrappy’s, Miracle Mile, etc) 1 dash Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
