The rhubarb-derived, bittersweet Zucca pairs beautifully with the strawberry flavor while the peat-notes in the Blended Scotch and tropical sugarcane notes from the aged cachaca provide a nice base to let the strawberry/rhubarb notes carry through and the Bergamot bitters enhance the aroma
1.5 oz Blended Scotch (a bottle with some detectable peat like Great King St Glasgow is best)
.5 oz Aged Cachaca (Avua Amburana)
.5 oz Zucca (Milanese Amaro derived from rhubarb and other spices/botanicals)
.25 oz Strawberry Liqueur (Giffard)
2 dashes Bergamot Bitters (Miracle Mile)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist
