.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Ginger Syrup (2 volumes granulated sugar: 1 part freshly juiced ginger; blend until dissolved)
.5 oz Honey Syrup (3 parts honey: 1 part warm water)
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins or rocks glass with a few ice cubes. Top with 2 oz IPA (one with moderate bitterness/hoppiness). No garnish
