The Lime adds needed brightness and acidity while the allspice liqueur brings a piquant spice 2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum (Diplomatico Planas, Foursquare/Hampden Probitas, Plantation 3 Star, etc) .5 oz Pineapple Liqueur (Giffard) .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .5 oz Passionfruit Syrup (Small Hand Foods) .25 oz Allspice Liqueur (St Elizabeth, Degroff Pimento Dram) Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Can garnish with a fresh pineapple leaf, if handy
