I Love Lamp

Tropically flavored Tiki drink that brings a bit of tequila to the party from the sadly departed Mayahuel in NYC
The caramelized banana flavor integrates really well with the split Tequila/Rum base while the sweetness is cut by the acidity from the pineapple and lime and the Angostura adds a touch of spice
1 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Aged Rum (works best if it's in the style of the Demarara rims from Venezuela or Guyana; I prefer El Dorado 8 yr)
1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Banana Liqueur (Giffard Banane du Bresil or bust)
.25 oz Agave Syrup
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice, strain into glass with a few ice cubes. Garnish with pineapple leaf
