I Don’t Care For Gob

A bittersweet Martini riff fit for Lucille Bluth 🍸
The blend of London Dry and more aromatic gin creates a base with notes of juniper, pine, and mountain flowers while the addition of clear Aperitivo and Amontillado sherry add notes of grapefruit peel and almonds and the bitters contribute notes of citrus peel and savory herbs like rosemary and thyme that complement the other flavors
1 oz London Dry Style Gin (Beefeater or Tanqueray work great, but Four Pillars is also really nice)
1 oz Aromatic Gin (Monkey 47, Hendricks, etc)
.5 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco (Italian aperitivo with notes of grapefruit peel)
.5 oz Amontillado Sherry (Bodegas Yuste, Lustau, Hidalgo, etc; a nice Manzanilla would also be great, but a bit more dry)
1 dash Bitter End Moroccan Bitters (lemon-y sumac and other North African spices)
1 dash Crude Rizzo Bitters (rosemary, pink peppercorn)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with the essential oils from a lemon twist; discard the twist
