Humuhumunukunukuapua'a

A drink that shows that gin can join the Tiki party from Marco Dionysos of Smuggler's Cove
The pineapple and orgeat lend a bit of fruit and nuttiness to a more traditional gin sour while the Peychaud's give a striking color
2 oz Gin (more citrus-friendly than juniper-y is best)
.75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Orgeat
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters (can sub Bitter Truth Creole or Scrappy's Orleans but the color is not quite the same)
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry
