High Plains Drifter

A Manhattan variation featuring a formidable quartet of high altitude spirits
The oak and vanilla notes from the aged tequila are complemented by the blueberry and pine notes from the Pasubio and the cinnamon and herbal notes from the Rocky Mountain Three Pins Liqueur while the bitters add a bit of spice and lemon peel
1.5 oz Reposado or Anejo Tequila (more fruit-forward Highland tequila is more on theme, but feel free to try your favorite Lowland bottle too)
.5 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Pasubio Vino Amaro (a wine-based Amaro from the Dolomite range in Italy featuring notes of blueberry and pine)
.25 oz Leopold Bros Three Pins Alpine Herbal Liqueur (notes of cinnamon, pine, and other mountain herbs)
1 dash Bitter Truth Moroccan Bitters
1 dash Aromatic Bitters of choice (Angostura, Miracle Mile Forbidden, etc)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with three blueberries on a pick
