Tiki-fied take on a Daiquiri with subtle green tea and coconut flavors from Matthew Belanger (then of Donna, now Death & Co)
1.75 oz White Rum (Plantation 3 Star, Cana Brava, etc)
.25 oz Wray and Nephew Overproof Jamaican Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Orgeat
.25 oz Genmaicha (green tea and puffed rice) syrup
1 tsp Velvet Falernum (clove spiced, Rum-based liqueur from Barbados)
1/2 tsp Coconut Liqueur (Kalani)
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake with ice, strain into chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel
