For Your Own Special Sweetheart

A summery riff on a Negroni highlighting the affinity of berries for both agave spirits and Campari 🥃
The citrus zest notes in the Blanco tequila and tropical fruit and smoke notes of the Mezcal work nicely with the bittersweet, yet juicy Campari. The blackberry and raspberry liqueurs boost the juicy notes while also working nicely with the cocoa and fruit notes in the sweet vermouth and the bittersweet and black pepper and five spice notes in the Amaro. The dash of lime bitters and lime zest brighten the drink and a pinch of salt makes the flavors pop. A great drink to enjoy with dinner on the back patio on a warm evening .75 oz Blanco Tequila (100% agave; Tapatio, Fortaleza, etc)
