Fitzcarraldo

A light, aromatic riff on a sour with hints of smoke and strawberry
The floral pisco and smoky mezcal work harmoniously with the strawberry flavor from the liqueur, the Meyer lemon juice, and the vanilla and rhubarb notes in the bitters
1.5 oz Pisco (Acholado varietal; but feel free to experiment with others)
.5 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
.5 oz Strawberry Liqueur (Giffard)
.25 oz Blanc/Bianco Vermouth
2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters (Crude pictured, Fee Bros probably works as a sub)
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish, but could see a small edible flower or strawberry slice (if in season) working nicely)
