A rich, comforting Rum Old Fashioned Riff from Charleston SC’s The Dewberry with notes of banana and chocolate 🥃🍌🍫
The mix of Aged Jamaican pot-still Rum, Blended Lightly Aged Jamaican Rum, and overproof Jamaican rum creates a base with plenty of caramelized sugar, tropical fruit, and funk that is then accented by splashes of banana and chocolate liqueurs. A few dashes of Angustura bitters add some allspice and clove notes while the orange twist garnish gives a pleasant citrus aroma
