Double-Barreled Winchester

An incredibly well-balanced, yet potent, gin forward variation of the classic Zombie from NYC’s Tiki Pirate himself, Brian Miller (currently at The Polynesian in NYC)
Layering the sweet/malty Old Tom, Navy Strength, and floral gins produces a wide range of flavors and aromas that are far more complex than a single bottle can accomplish. These flavors are complemented by the spicy bite of Angostura and ginger syrup, the complex lychee and pomegranate sweet flavors from Elderflower liqueur and pomegranate molasses, and the citrus tang and aroma from fresh lime and grapefruit

1 oz floral aromatic Gin (Monkey 47, Faultline/Four Pillars, etc)
.5 oz Strong, botanical forward gin (St George Botanivore, Miller’s Westbourne, etc)
