A refreshing, low ABV punch with winter flavors from Barnacle in Seattle The tart cranberry and bittersweet byrrh add interesting accents to the dry, nutty sherry while the lemon peel and soda water lighten and brighten the drink 1.5 oz Amontillado Sherry .5 oz Cranberry Shrub (can also use Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur, but the shrub is cheaper and easy to make) .5 oz Byrrh (wine-based aperitif with quinine) Stir with ice, strain into chilled Collins glass with a few ice cubes. Top with 1.5-2 oz Soda Water. Garnish with a lemon twist
