Dirt Behind The Daydream

An elegant riff on the Pisco Sour that amplifies the drink’s floral and fruit notes The nuanced, floral sweetness of the lychee liqueur works very well with the softer Pisco (brandy from Chile and Peru) while the raspberry and citrus add a tart counterpoint that adds to the refreshing nature of the drink. The unaged agricole rhum adds a touch of grassy funk 1.5 oz Pisco (South American brandy; Acholado variety from Capurro, Porton, or Encanto works well) .5 oz Unaged Agricole Rhum (Rhum JM/Neisson, La Favorite) .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice .5 oz Lychee Liqueur (Giffard) .25 oz Raspberry Liqueur (St George, Giffard, etc) Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
