Manhattan variation that adds accents from chili, chocolate, raspberry from the current Death & Co menu
The drink still features Rye spice paired with the spice and sweet notes from the vermouth, but adds some tart fruit, heat, and chocolate notes
2 oz Rye (higher proof bottle like Rittenhouse 100 is best)
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur
.25 oz Raspberry Liqueur (St George, Giffard Framboise, etc)
2 dashes Chocolate/Mole Bitters (Bittermens, Scrappys, Miracle Mile, etc)
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish
