Cyrano

A bittersweet, yet tropical riff on the Ti Punch from Death & Co Denver 🍍🍹
The Creme brûlée, vanilla, and brown sugar notes of the aged Agricole rhum combine with the rich roasted pineapple flavors of the infused rum to Crete a flavorful base that works nicely with the medium bittersweet Cynar. The essential oils and touch of citrus from the muddled lime peel help brighten the flavors and touches of pineapple liqueur and Angostura boost the tropical fruit and baking spice notes while the fresh mint adds a pleasant aroma
Cut a coin-size piece of peel from a lime (cutting deep enough to include a bit of flesh with the peel). Add to drink tin with a Tsp of Pineapple Liqueur (Giffard; can also sub pineapple gomme syrup) and muddle
Add the following:
1 oz Aged Agricole Rhum (Clement VSOP, Neisson, Trois Rivieres, etc)
.75 oz Cynar (Italian amaro that includes artichoke; medium bittersweet)
.25 oz Plantation Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a glass with cracked ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
