Creole Lazarus

An elegant, flavorful Manhattan riff with a few Sazerac elements from SF stalwart bar Benjamin Cooper 🥃🍑 The peach flavor accent from the liqueur is complemented by the baking spice and pepper notes in the rye, the smoke and stone fruit notes in the mezcal, and the funky Maraschino liqueur. The dry amontillado sherry adds a slight hint of nuttiness and the coffee liqueur a hint of bittersweet. The rinse with pastis and lemon twist add a bright aroma that complements the flavors of the drink ver well. A delicious stirred drink to enjoy after dinner
