Chica en Fuego

A tropical, yet savory riff on a Pisco Punch from NYC drink wizard Lynette Marrero from Llama Inn that brings some Latin flair to the Tiki party 🍍🍫🌶 The floral and citrus notes in the South American brandy stand up beautifully to the spice notes from the Ancho chile liqueur and the earthy chocolate notes from the creme de cacao. The lemon lends bright citrus notes that combine with the tropical flavors of the fresh pineapple juice to yield a balanced, culinary wonder of a drink 1.5 oz Pisco (South American brandy (with Chile making my favorite) with floral and fruit notes; Acholado variety of grape is probably most versatile; Capurro and Campo de Encanto bottle my favorites) .75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice .5 oz Creme de Cacao (Tempus Fugit) .5 oz Ancho Reyes Ancho Chile Liqueur .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice Shake with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with grated dark chocolate #weekendtiki
