A bittersweet, yet decadent beer cocktail with flavors that evoke a Raspberry-Coffee-dark chocolate truffle The molasses and cocoa notes in the blend of aged and dark rums work really nicely with the tart raspberry notes in the Sour beer and liqueur while the Campari also boosts the berry notes while adding a touch of bitterness that evokes dark chocolate. The coffee liqueur adds complementary roasted coffee notes and the bit of lime brightens the drink while mirroring the flavors in the beer 1 oz Blended Aged Rum (Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva or El Dorado 12 are nice choices) .5 oz Dark Rum (Coruba, Plantation Dark, Myers) .5 oz Campari (or other red aperitivo of choice) .5 oz Coffee Liqueur (St George NOLA, Mr Black, etc) .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice .25 oz Raspberry Liqueur (St George) 1 dash Crude Coffee & Cocoa Bitters Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Top with 2 oz Raspberry and Lime Zest Sour Beer (eg Alvarado St Sorbae). Garnish with a lime wheel
