Autumn Patriarch

A Martini variation from the drink wizards at Benjamin Cooper (SF) that swaps the gin out for Central/South American spirits
There are floral and grass aromas from the Mexican agricole and Pisco with slight baking spice and tropical sweetness from the Becherovka and Pineapple liqueur. The slight bitterness from the Bruto Americano ties everything together
1.5 oz Paranubes Oaxacan Agricole Rhum (if you sub a more traditional agricole, may want to choose one with less funkiness)
.5 oz Pisco
.25 oz St George Bruto Americano (Campari, Leopold Aperitivo, etc) could sub, but some of the aromatic notes could be different)
.25 oz Becherovka (Czech Amaro with cinnamon notes)
.25 oz Pineapple Liqueur (Giffard makes a nice version)
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe. Can be garnished with a Castelvetrano olive if desired
