A refreshing, tropically accented sour from skilled NYC bartender Eryn Reece that riffs on/mashes up two classics, the Champs d’Elysee and Cameron’s Kick with delicious results The honey and cereal grain notes in the aged Irish whiskey and the fruit and caramelized sugar notes in the brandy provide a flavorful base that is then accentuated by notes of bright citrus, coconut, subtle spice from the bitters, and herbal notes from the Chartreuse. Great on a warm evening/afternoon 1.5 oz Brandy (Bertoux, Osocalis, etc) .5 oz Aged Irish Whiskey (Redbreast 12 year, Knappogue Castle, etc) .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice .5 oz Coconut Liqueur (Kalani) .5 oz Green Chartreuse 1 dash Angostura bitters Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a swizzle stick
