A funky, tropical Ti Punch/Old Fashioned riff with hints of kiwi, strawberry, lime ๐Ÿ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿฅƒ The unaged agricole rhum brings notes of grassy sugarcane that combine with the tropical fruit aromas and funk in the overproof Jamaican rum and the floral and spice notes in the infused aquavit to create a flavorful base. Kiwi syrup and splashes of strawberry liqueur and aloe liqueur (with notes of cucumber and green melon) add some complementary fruit notes while the lime and hibiscus/grapefruit bitters and bit of lime flesh and zest gives a bit of citrus aroma and freshness Cut a silver dollar sized piece of lime peel with some flesh attached and muddle with 1/2 Tsp Chareau Aloe Liqueur to express oils and a little lime juice Add 1 oz Unaged Agricole Rhum (Neisson, Rhum JM, La Favorite, etc) .5 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum (Wray & Nephew or Rum Fire) .5 oz Infused Aquavit (bottle pictured from Denmark has rose, mulberry, and rhubarb that bring nice floral notes and a bit of caraway) .25 oz Kiwi Syrup (equal volumes of kiwi juice and granulated sugar; stir until dissolved) .25 oz Strawberry Liqueur (Giffard) 2 dashes Scrappyโ€™s Lime Bitters 1 dash Bittercube Jamaican #2 Bitters (Hibiscus and grapefruit zest) Stir with ice and strain into a chilled double rocks glass with a large ice cube.
