The orgeat, Falernum, and Licor 43 add complementary notes of almonds, baking spice, and vanilla 1 oz Blanco Tequila (100% agave; Tapatio, El Tesoro, Fortaleza, etc) .5 oz Mezcal (pictured bottle is a blend of Sierra Negra and Tobala, which is fantastic, but Espadin should work well) .5 oz Mango Brandy/Eau de Vie (Rhône Hall) 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice .5 oz Passionfruit Liqueur (Giffard; Small Hand Food syrup subs well) .25 oz Vanilla Syrup or Liqueur (Licor 43 or Giffard for the latter) .25 oz Falernum (Rum-based liqueur with cloves and lime zest from Barbados) .25 oz Orgeat (Small Hand Foods or you’re favorite local option) Shake with ice and strain into a chilled footed pilsner glass or Tiki mug with crushed ice.
