A Tiki-influenced flip that is wonderfully tropical and rich and tastes like a liquid passion fruit Creme brûlée The passion fruit, honey, pineapple flavors meld really well with the molasses and coffee notes from the rum and the Allspice Liqueur gives needed spice notes 1 oz Overproof Dark Rum (Plantation OFTD is my preferred choice) .5 oz Stiggins Fancy Pineapple Rum (accept no substitutes, Malibu is not the same) .75 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice .5 oz Allspice Liqueur (St Elizabeth) .25 oz Passion Fruit Syrup (Small Hand Foods version is excellent) .25 oz Honey Syrup (2 parts honey:1 part warm water) .75 oz Heavy Cream 1 whole egg Dry shake 15 seconds, add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into chilled double rocks glass. Garnish with fresh nutmeg
