Alkala the Fierce

A wonderful tiki concoction that balances citrus, fall spice, and rum funkiness from False Idol in San Diego
The chai, cinnamon, vanilla, and Allspice flavors work very nicely with the bright orange juice and the bourbon pairs with the rums to give a nice, rounded base flavor for the spices and citrus to play with
1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba is a nice choice)
1 oz Aged Blended Rum (many options, I like El Dorado 8 yr)
.5 oz Chai-infused Bourbon*
1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Allspice Liqueur
1.5 tsp Vanilla Syrup
1.5 tsp Cinnamon Syrup
Shake or blend with ice, serve over crushed ice. Garnish with a rolled orange twist *Steep 1 teabag Chai tea in bourbon for 3-5 minutes with an orange peel. Remove teabags and allow to sit with orange peel for an hour before removing the peel
